Weight Check-in: 19 weeks

Okay, here comes the depressing part of pregnancy ... weight gain. Of course, I do it happily. I have not been watching what I eat, except making sure I get enough whole fruits and veggies. I have been addicted to those Naked smoothie drinks and apples with peanut butter (I don't buy into the whole "don't eat peanut butter while you're preggo bit). I eat lots of salads and other whole veggies. But, my weakness is fast food. I do not deny myself either. I love, love, love fast food. Ugh. And I married a cardiologist, but he is pretty good about it and doesn't' hassle me too much. LOL. I wish I had more of a sweet tooth, as I would indulge a bit more since this is "my time" to do it. I made a pumpkin pie the other day and we always have brownies on hand, but I inevitably end up throwing half of it away. Honestly, I wish I had more of an appetite. I think I lack the hungry gene sometimes, particularly in the mornings.

After the twins were born, I lost 80 pounds in about 4 months -- pregnancy weight and then some (I got down to about 105 pounds). Here's to hoping I can swing that again!

Pre-pregnancy weight: 119 (this is heavy for me, was continuing the breastfeeding diet as I weaned... shucks!)

July 14/9w3d: 119 pounds
August 6/12w3d: 124 pounds
August 18/14w3d: 126 pounds
September 15/18w3d: 129 pounds

All of my books say that I should have gained 10 - 15 pounds by now. So I'm comfortable with where I am.... but I know all too well that I have yet to pack on the bulk of the weight. Anything for baby, right?

I'm anxious to see what I weigh on Wednesday... I have a feeling I have hit a growth spurt.
