It is neat to see the progression of learning to stand. This picture was taken a few weeks ago and they are already standing on their own. We all gotta start somewhere, right??
Olivia was SO proud of herself for clinging onto the couch.
Little Miss Olivia is always much neater about eating than her sister (see below). In fact, she is very discriminate when picking up her food. She picks up one at a time.
Little Miss Emma loves her food (like her mommy) ... and we've come to learn that we need to spread her food out over her highchair plate so that she won't grab them all at once. Inevitably, she grabs ten puffs at once and only gets one in her mouth, the rest fall on the floor. She makes my life messy, but oh so good! I love her little quirks.

We are so ghetto... look at our makeshift babygate. As the girls got older, we just piled one more pillow on the top of the stack. The pillows are currently higher than the couch. We can't find a babygate big enough to fit the space between the living room and the kitchen. Ghetto. Anyway, I love this picture because it is SO their personalties. Olivia with that big grin on her face and Emma exploring.
